A tattoo-obsessive with "monster" style ink as gone through an excruciating procedure to have the number six carved into his head – and plans to get the full 666 done.
Victor Hugo Peralta Rodriguez, AKA @victor_h_peralta, is a body modification fanatic who lives in Argentina.
The bloke has been tattooed by more than 80 artists around the world and is covered from head to toe in dark imagery.
He also has a number of jaw-dropping modifications done – from a split tongue to pierced genitals.
Victor, originally from Uruguay, had the number six cut into his head in a process called scarification.
The tissue is removed from the skull and when it heals the scar will for the number.

Victor plans to have the full 666 engraved in his head by the end of the process – a number often associated with the devil.
He said: “The number six is a part of what will be the complete piece 666, this will have to do with the number of the beast.
"The number six only, for me, has no meaning. I do the three six because I hate religious people and what they do doesn't interest me, for that reason I do it out of repudiation of the church.
"It was done by a colleague and friend, Frozz Viraca, here in Buenos Aires Argentina at my local Querubin Tattoo Studio.”
Performing the first six took an hour of work and had to be completed over several sessions.
Victor had local anaesthetic for the procedure, but says he felt the pain in places.
He added: “I have already had seven scarifications.
"The first was done in December 2009 which was for a National Geographic documentary (modified bodies).
"It is very likely that I will do others but it is not premeditated but when I have the desire to do so.”
Inked up Victor is a tattoo artist himself, and has been getting them since he was 13 when he tattooed the word f*** on his hand.
Since then, his body is 95% covered in ink, he has 11 subnormal implants, piercings, metal teeth, a split and tattooed tongue, scarification, lobe expansions, ear incisions, microdermals and tattooed eyeballs.
He also had his scrotum and nipples pierced.
Victor admits that not everyone is a fan of his unusual look.
He said: “There are many people who do not agree with this style of life and criticise because they don’t understand the taste of others, those people are generally old and have prejudices or religious beliefs.
“I don’t let it affect me and I don't pay attention to them.
"The tattoos on my face make me unique, I do not want to look like anyone, they are my idea and designed and executed by friends.
“There are many people with tattooed faces and many make their faces like skulls, although those tattoos are beautiful, I am not interested in looking like others.”
