With all eyes trained on Meghan Markle and her baby shower guests this week, BFF Serena Williams embraced the opportunity to promote her eponymous clothing line.
The 37-year-old tennis great has been wearing items from her own fashion brand, Serena, while in New York City for the event, and posted photos on Instagram just to make sure fans knew where to buy her outfits.
After dressing in leggings and a coat from her line for a dinner outing with Meghan and co. on Tuesday, she threw on another outfit she designed while getting ready for the shower on Wednesday.

Tuesday night, Meghan, Serena, Abigail Spencer, and several other friends headed to Ralph Lauren’s Polo Bar for a private dinner.
For the upscale meal, Serena dressed in a pair of tight $85 Contour Me High Waist Legging from her own line and a $300 Plaid Colorblock Maxi Coat from her own line.
She also accessories with a pair of black lace-up combat boots and a small black bag.
With paparazzi stationed outside, pictures were captured of all the event’s A-list attendees, ensuring images of Serena’s outfit hit the internet.
But in case anyone missed that she was in fact wearing her own designs, Serena took to her Instagram stories to share a photo and point out which pieces she was wearing — with a link to buy.

Then, early this afternoon, she was at it again, taking a mirror selfie from the bathroom of her room at The Mark Hotel ahead of Meghan’s shower.
In the snap, she’s dressed casually in the $95 Logo Tape Trimmed Lounge Pant also from her own brand.
‘Even on relaxing day I often need to remind myself I am beautiful and strong. I seriously am grateful for these pants. I needed them today,’ she captioned the snap, tagging the designated Instagram account for the clothing brand.
It’s unclear whether she plans to wear the casual outfit to the shower, or if she’ll change ahead of the party.
Either way, fans may not find out what she actually wore to the event unless she posts photos online. While other guests, including Jessica Mulroney and Gayle King, were spotted by photographers heading into the shower this afternoon, Serena was already snuggly inside, having stayed the night.

The star also used pair of Instagram Stories posts to announce her new partnership with Poshmark.
Serena wrote that she is excited to announce that she’s joining the company’s Board of Directors and also shared a link to her own Poshmark closet, where she is selling some of her worn clothes for charity.
Items like an Alexander Wang blazer and Louis Vuitton sweater are up for grabs, with proceeds going to YPRC LA.
‘It really speaks to my core values,’ she said of the brand in a video about her new position. ‘The more I learned about the company, the more I learned, like, wow, this is literally me.
‘I play tennis ’cause I love it. I do fashion because I absolutely love it and I’m here sitting on this board because I love the brand, I love the story, I love the people, I love the lives that you guys change.
‘I’ve been on Poshmark for years. I’m more of a buyer, but now I’m officially a seller,’ she said.

Speaking to Tatler, a source revealed that the baby shower will be held in the Grand Penthouse Suite at hotel located on New York’s Upper East Side, where Meghan and her Serena are both thought to have stayed on Tuesday evening.
Described by the hotel as ‘A Castle in the Sky’, the 10,000 sq. ft. suite boasts every luxury, including a 2,500 sq. ft. rooftop terrace overlooking Central Park, five bedrooms, four fireplaces, six bathrooms, two powder rooms, two wet bars, a dining room, a conservatory, and a living room that can be ‘transformed into a full-size Grand Ballroom’ if desired by guests.
It also costs a whopping $75,000 a night.
Serena is likely staying in one of the other rooms at the hotel, which start at $745 a night before taxes and fees and go up to $4,170 for a two-bedroom suite.
