Nannette Hammond has spent £350,000 on her “Barbie” appearance over the years.
The forty-something has head several boob jobs to look like a “real life doll”, as well as getting lip fillers and Botox done.
She’s also splashed out a fortune on cosmetic procedures like weekly fake tanning sessions and veneers that have given her a bright white smile.
But the mum-of-five’s transformation is far from complete.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online, Nannette revealed she’s got a labiaplasty in the diary for her next op.
This winter, she hopes to book in with Dr Amir Marashi, known as the “vagina whisperer”.
Nannette will have to travel from her mansion in Cincinnati, Ohio, to see the New York-based gynaecologist.
Nannette said: “My Barbie designer vagina surgery will complete my transition from human to a plastic Barbie…
“(I want the surgery) so I can be a virgin again!
“What woman wouldn’t want a Ms. Barbie Designer Vagina?
“The fountain of youth begins with a youthful vagina!”
Labiaplasty surgery typically costs around £1,000 to £3,000 to carry out.
The op involves shortening or reshaping the vaginal lips, which can usually be done in two hours or less.
Patients can often go home the same day.
But even though the operation is relatively quick to complete, it can cause soreness, bruising and swelling that lasts for weeks.
As the Nannette has had so many ops over the years, she’s not nervous about this one.
She added: “I’m sure the recovery will be painful for a week or so.
“My other post surgery recoveries have prepared me for this procedure.
“My tolerance for pain is high. I don’t mind the pain.”

Designer vagina surgery is unlikely to be the last op Nannette has done.
Previously, she said: “It’s worth every penny to look like this. I feel happy and secure.
“I want to age gracefully and when the time comes for me to have a facelift, I won’t hesitate to get one.
“I’m going to keep looking like a Barbie right until I’m 70, or probably longer!”
