Prince Harry and Meghan Markle live in a gorgeous home in California which we've had the occasional peek at in videos.

Popping up again virtually, Prince Harry afforded fans a glimpse inside his stunning home while presenting The heroes of The Year Award at the GQ Men of the Year Awards.

Appearing in a room which we've not seen before, Prince Harry sat with the backdrop of white panelled walls.

The room also featured a plinth with a huge vase of white roses sitting behind the prince.

Prince Harry looked smart in a black suit and bow tie as he appeared via video link, and he began with a joke saying: "It's not often that one gets to wear a chance to wear a tuxedo at 3pm, unless of course it's from the night before, but well, here we are."

The last look inside the couple's home came after Meghan appeared from the Santa Barbara abode on her 40th birthday.

Meghan has tastefully decorated her study with sandy tones and pretty white accents like her healing crystal – it’s very California-chic.

Eight times Princess Diana was the best-dressed guest at a wedding

Meghan has a huge oak desk in the centre of the room with two plush cream dining chairs placed in front of a grand stone fireplace. However it appears that the traditional feature is not in use as it has been fitted with two beautiful iron gates.

The Duchess has opted for a neutral colour palette and has accessorised her desk with a stack of her children's book, The Bench, and has balanced her Apple MacBook on a pile of white hardbacks.

Meghan, who shares children Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor with Harry, draped an elegant £1,240 Hermes throw over a dining chair which is printed with the letter 'H'.

The former Suits star also propped a large clear quartz crystal against her copies of The Bench. The crystal is believed to aid concentration and memory and is regarded as the 'master healer'.

Continuing her delicate colour scheme, Meghan positioned large white roses in a gold vase. The flower signifies new beginnings and also conveys everlasting love.

Despite the couple re-locating to America, Meghan gave a nod to the British tradition of tea and biscuits with a cup and saucer alongside a sweet treat on a matching side plate.

Meghan sipped from her delicate Burleigh Black Regal Peacock collection teacup which is hand-crafted at Middleport Pottery, based in Stoke-on-Trent.

The pretty three-piece collection, which consists of the teacup, saucer and side plate, is decorated with an ornate bird design and is priced at £57.
