Samantha Ramsdell – woman with 'world's biggest mouth'
Samantha Ramsdell, 33, from the US, holds a Guinness World Record for her massive gob.
Her mouth measures at 6.52cm – making her the woman with the largest gape on the planet.
The social media star and comedian was always teased about her larger-than-average pie hole since she was a kid.
She was even cruelly branded a 'frog' because of her mouth which eventually became a big insecurity for her.
But, as she grew with age, her confidence in her looks increased.
Samantha began to build a following on TikTok during the first Covid lockdown where she can applied for a Guinness World Record.
Thanks to her whopper of a mouth and the eating challenges she posts online, Sam has managed to build an influencing career with three million followers.
Not everyone is kind though.
"I get a lot of comments that I'm 'ugly' and 'disgusting', but I was born this way," she told us in an exclusive interview.
"Of course, unfortunately, I think that's part of the territory being on social media.
"I've learned to love my mouth.
"I think so many people try to change their appearance, or look like someone else, so I think it's a breath of fresh air when people just embrace their own unique qualities.
"I'm so grateful I get to do what I love now, thanks to my gigantic mouth."
Chelsea Charms – woman with 'world's biggest boobs'
American exotic dancer and adult star Chelsea Charms is the owner of 164XXX size breasts – making her the woman with the 'biggest boobs' on the the planet.
Each breast weighs about the same as two large watermelons.
She struggles to eat as they get in the way and she has to sleep on her back, just to name a few of the bap-related issues she has to contend with.
The 47-year-old underwent a now illegal surgery which involves a polypropylene string being implanted into each breast.
The material irritates the boob lining which creates a serum and then causes them to enlarge.
This procedure means that Chelsea's boobs – named Itsy and Bitsy – may never stop growing.
In 2011, she told This Morning: "Most of the other girls who have had this procedure have stopped at some point.
"So I’m just waiting for that to happen."
Jonah Falcon – man with 'world's biggest penis'
New Yorker Jonah Falcon first made headlines 20 years ago when he featured in documentary Private D*cks: Men Exposed.
Since then, the 52-year-old has claimed to have the 'biggest' penis in the world – 13.5inches erect and 8.5 inches when flaccid to be exact.
Although celebrities have allegedly 'messaged' him for sex in the past and has a schlong many a lad would want as their own, it's not an easy reality for Jonah.
He has to be careful to not damage his weiner – especially when having sex.
“I’ve always been very cautious about not damaging it," he confessed on E4 series Send Nudes: Body SOS.
"I remember once, I started getting hard in the wrong direction, and there was a very minor penile fracture.

The 34-year-old Ukrainian model achieved her mega facial features with a string of cosmetic enhancements.
She’s admitted to spending over £1,500 on face fillers to alter the appearance of her bone structure.
To really make her massive cheeks pop, Anastasia also underwent procedures ranging from lip fillers, botox, veneers, and extensive hair treatment to dye her hair pink.
Anastasia started her cosmetic journey when she was 26 and has since lost track of how many times she’s got her cheeks and the rest of her face injected.
She often posts snaps to her Instagram where many people question her extreme look.
The body modification obsessive shared: “After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them…
“I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.”
Andrea Ivanova – woman with 'world's biggest lips'
Andrea Ivanova says she's the woman with the 'world's biggest lips' after spending over £8,000 on pout inducing filler.
The 25-year-old Bulgarian claimed that she's had 30 hyaluronic acid injections in her smackers to achieve the extreme look.
She's even racked up over 20,000 Instagram followers thanks to her mega pouty appearance.
Andrea even shared that fans have offered to pay to fly her out so she can visit them.
The influencer often travels abroad for her hobbies – singing and surgery.
Her lips aren't the only part of her body that she likes to alter.
Andrea has also boosted her boobs by four sizes and enlarged cheeks and hopes to be the owner of the 'world's biggest cheeks' too.
But, her love of getting her lips done may cause some issues.
She was warned that her super stretched lips could "burst" if she continues getting work done on them.
Natasha Crown – woman with 'world's biggest bum'
Serbian-Swedish model Natasha Crown says she's the lass with the 'planet's largest behind'.
The 27-year-old made headlines after she admitted that she wants to achieve a record breaking derriere.
In order to achieve her goal, Natasha has gone under the knife for five Brazilian butt lifts (BBL) over the years to make her booty as peachy as can be.
On YouTube, she openly declared: “I’m going to have the world's biggest bum. That’s my goal and I’m going to reach it."
She's spent $150,000 (£110,000) on her rear and has racked up more than two million Instagram followers in the process.
Natasha often flaunts her surgically enhanced booty in skin-tight clothing that gets fans in a frenzy.
But, she said her huge bottom and confident personality can 'scare' men.
Nick Stoeberl – man with 'world's biggest tongue'
Nick Stoberl, from the US, is a Guinness World Record holder due to having the 'world's longest tongue'.
His licker measures 10.1cm, which is a lot larger than the average 8.5cm for men and 7.9cm for women.
After he secured his first Guinness World Record, he wanted to achieve more with his superior tongue.
He then went on to be the record holder for the 'fastest time to remove five Jenga blocks with the tongue' – which he did in 55.526 seconds.
Nick admitted that having a long tongue has changed his life and is a brilliant tool to have as an icebreaker.
"Having a long tongue like mine is a very good social in, it is a good icebreaker," he shared.
"You can bet someone you have the longest tongue in the world, they'll say 'no'.
"Having a long tongue, I don't think it necessarily helps my sense of taste.
"Maybe it makes me eat more, because I have to feed it.
"If I get my face dirty while eating I can just lick the food off right there.
"It's eco-friendly, no napkins needed."
Mary Magdalene – woman with 'world's fattest vagina'
The Canadian OnlyFans and Instagram star has spent over £73,000 on her body modifications that include having fat injected into her privates, hence the title.
Although, Mary admitted that she "almost died" from the intimate procedure where fat from other parts of her body were transferred.
Unfortunately for the model, the surgery produced many complications.
One side of her vagina continued to grow, which caused excruciating pain.
She then had to receive two blood transfusions after suffering a potentially fatal allergic reaction.
This hasn't stopped the model from achieving her extreme appearance though.
So far, she's had a 'Barbie nose', cat-eye surgery, three boob jobs, three Brazilian butt lifts, cheek fat removal, hip fillers, 20 dental veneers and several lip fillers.
Mary revealed that she's not scared about undergoing future surgery and is on a mission for the 'world's biggest boobs'.
