Ruschmeyers, which was cited July Fourth for signage and alcohol-storage issues, was written up again for amplified music after 9 p.m. and “sparkler-style devices.”
But “COVID safety restrictions were being adhered to,” said a release. The venue told us the music and birthday sparkler rules were unclear but “now that we are informed with correct information, we can comply.”
