Love Island star Amber Gill has wowed fans with while showing off her bikini body transformation.

The stunning star, who won the hit reality show, has lost more than a stone in just six weeks after putting on 17lbs in the pandemic.

Now, the 23 year old has gushed over her transformation, saying that she’s “so proud” of what she’s achieved.

The brunette beauty posed in a yellow bikini in the before and after photos while showing off her body from the front, side and back.

Sharing the snaps with her 2.7 million Instagram followers, Amber, who is currently enjoying some winter sun in Dubai, wrote: “Guys look at this… I lost my lockdown weight! I’m so proud of my little transformation I didn’t really intend on losing a load of weight just wanted to start feeling better.”

The post garnered over 400,000 likes and a huge amount of comments from celebrity friends and fans of the star who congratulated the star on her body transformation.

Amber continued: “By no means do I think I was ‘fat’ but I wasn’t being as healthy and mindful as usual and right now I feel so much better within myself. I used to think that line “lose a stone in 6 weeks” was all lies but that’s exactly what I did. And a little bit extra.”

The star also jumped into her comments section to pen: “More importantly I kept my bum!” followed by a string of laughing emojis.

The star directs fans to an email address in her post where they can sign up to find out what she’s done.


It has been reported that she joined forces with personal trainer Jon Hosking to lose her lockdown weight, and they enjoyed park workouts together.

According to The Sun, the workouts centred around combat training, cardio and conditioning.

She told the publication: "Even better than when I did Love Island. It was never about what size my waist was or anything like that. It was about getting back to being healthy and active.”

Amber has also introduced Amber Flexx which is a six week fitness transformation programme which runs alongside a nutrition plan.

Amber recently hit out at trolls who fat-shamed her after she put on weight throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

In the caption, she told her 2.7million followers that she has been trolled on the social media platform TikTok after putting some weight on over this year.

She wrote: "Not me on tiktok being fat shamed?! What? First of all we are in a pandemic [sic]

"Second How do people look so closely that they notice before I even notice," followed by a laughing emoji. "I’ve been living in hoodies and sweatpants for the whole of this year and ended up putting on a whole stone! [sic]

"I can’t lie I was shocked but I cannot cook to save my life so it was takeout breakfast lunch and dinner so I don’t know what I expected And with another lockdown potentially on the horizon it could happen again," [sic] she said with a surprised emoji.

She continued to say with sarcasm: "I’m sure the people that commented are the image of perfection so thank you for that," with a smiling emoji.

Before singing off, she reassured her followers as she said: "Whoever put on weight this year don’t worry I’m with you," followed by a smiling emoji with hearts circling it.
