Kylie Jenner has given fans a glimpse into she maintains her tremendously toned figure.

The make-up mogul took to Instagram to share a video with her 248 million Instagram followers, and the clip reveals exactly what she gets up to at the gym.

In the video, captioned 'My kind of afternoon', Kylie can first be seen popping off for a spot of pampering where she decides to get a new set of acrylic nails and opts for a classic french manicure design.

The clip then cuts to Kylie walking to her gym in a pair of black gym leggings, white socks and trainers, as Travis Scott’s song WAKE UP plays.



Once there, the 23-year-old gives fans a look around her gym, which includes lots of dumbbells, exercise bikes and treadmills.

Kylie starts on the treadmill with a power walk, while sporting a black sports bra to match her leggings, from the brand SET, and a her waist trainer.

Kylie then removes her waist trainer to reveal her toned abs to her followers, who were clearly impressed by the mum-of-one’s figure as one commented “U motivate me to work out” while another added: “I want this routine.”

Earlier this year a source close to E! Revealed Kylie was keen to get in shape for the summer.

“Kylie is determined now more than ever to get toned for summer," they said.

“She's fully into fitness and health. She wants to maintain her figure and stay toned for summer."

Kylie’s reportedly been working out three times a week alongside a personal trainer, and prefers to exercise outdoors instead of inside.

“She prefers doing outdoor workouts because it's more distracting and feels nice to be in nature," the source added.
