A saucy property is on the market and it comes complete with a raunchy sex dungeon.

House hunters have been left quite amused after they spotted a flat for sale with a super sexy room in the pictures. Snaps showing the £270,000 two-bed flat featured a room that's jam-packed with kinky gear.

When you look closely, you'll see restraining benches, a pair of stocks, a blind with a saucy image of a woman’s legs and even what appears to be a metal cage. The room also features leather pillows and a fake leopard skin rug to add a little sexy glamour to the décor.

A description of the home in Henbury, just outside Bristol, by agents Ocean says the property is a "grade II listed building that is one of Henbury's most notable properties." It also notes the building dates back to Georgian times when it was a family home with open fields to the front and the Blaise estate to the rear.

Now it's a development of apartments that still have the "period charm and space with high ceilings and curved bay windows." The description continues: "This fantastic first-floor apartment presents a sizeable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, two double bedrooms and bathroom.

"Externally there are beautiful communal gardens that back onto the impressive Blaise estate, and a garage in a block. The communal gardens are very spacious and feel infinite with the almost seamless attachment to the Blaise estate. There is a garage in a block to the rear."

The historic home is close to 650 acres of parklands, a folly built in 1766 and Blaise Castle House, a Grade II* listed 18th-century mansion house.

"The estate offers walks, leisure space, children's play parks and regular festivals and concerts," the description continues. "Also nearby is Westbury on Trym village with its very popular eclectic mix of shops bars, restaurants and coffee shops."

Pictures of the home show an attractive exterior and a boring kitchen and living room that has been cleared of belongings. However, it's the main bedroom that left some viewers hot under the collar with its array of saucy goodies.

The bed is made up in black and leopard print, while a pair of stocks lie nearby – complete with a towel draped on top. Two benches with handcuffs can be seen piled against the wall, while a restraining table lies close to the door, with hooks for easy attachment clearly visible.

There are also several pictures of nude women on the walls, and a pair of pink fluffy slippers by the bed. If potential buyers are looking to spice up their lives a little then this room may be for them.

One viewer who saw the property on Rightmove joked: "Doesn't say chain free does it?" Another one hilariously replied: "It’s leash hold."

A third added: "The gimp stocks meets towel rack is interesting dual use." Meanwhile, a fourth chirped in: "Judging by the amount of equipment and restraints and the collection of stiletto heels, this was a professionally run establishment."
