The personal trainer, from Melbourne, Australia, often delights fans with snippets of her workouts, plus snaps of her gains following a session. Now she showed a more personal insight into her life.
In a post to her 138,000 Instagram followers, the blonde beauty, 64, looked identical to her sibling who sported a similar hairstyle and smile. She shared it over the weekend.

Lesley's sister wore a denim jacket, while the personal trainer herself slipped into a cosy jacket with minimal makeup. They both smiled and posed lovingly together for the family shot.
And it didn't take long for followers to gush over their resemblance, as well as how the beauty certainly runs in the family. One said: "Peas in a pod *love heart emoji*."

Lesley wrote: "A little pose after my chest workout today. Weight training has many benefits including strengthening our bones as well as adding muscle mass.
"Let's keep osteoporosis plus sarcopenia at bay. I'd love if more women would choose this method of exercise. It's easier than you think. If you'd like a private session with me, send me a DM.
"We can either do a session in person or a Zoom call."
