My aunt bought a white gown for my wedding – I have the best plan for revenge and it’s not red wine | The Sun

A WOMAN has shared that she's plotting revenge after finding out that her aunt is wearing a white dress to her wedding.

The bride-to-be shared her latest wedding drama on social media and claimed her aunt was out to ruin her special day.

Along with a picture of a long, satin white dress, she claimed: "I'm getting married next month and my aunt is wearing this to my wedding.

"I want to buy it to wear to my rehearsal dinner."

However, the only thing stopping her is that the wedding dress is almost $700 so she doesn't have the budget for it.

Following her video, many took to the comment section to offer to help her pay for it, but she humbly rejected their offers.

However, others had alternatives to what she could do.

One person wrote: "Buy it, wear it to the rehearsal dinner, and un-invite her there."

A second shared: "There are literally so many other things people can wear and they still choose to have the audacity to wear white on someone else's day."

And a third suggested simply spilling some red wine on her aunt's dress.

Sadly, this type of issue is very common these days as a groom recently had to kick his sister out of his own wedding after she showed up in a white dress.

Prior to the wedding, the brother had shot down his sister’s first pick for the dress she wanted to wear to his big day.

According to a friend, who shared the story on Reddit, the sister became infuriated and warned that she will “never speak to her brother again” if he went through with the wedding.

After the threat, the groom is said to have uninvited his sister from his nuptials.

So, not only did she show up while uninvited, she wore a floor-length white gown that could be mistaken as a wedding dress.

Many Reddit users who saw the photo actually did mistake the sparkling gown as a wedding dress.

“I thought the bride was the one in the middle, and that she was upset because the sister wore black. Then I finished reading…” one user wrote, with many sharing their similar reaction.

However, the family friend said the situation got worse, as the drama is being spilled all over Facebook.

“Plot twist, the sister had separately posted a TikTok where she was claiming the bride was toxic and jealous, admitted to wedding crashing, mentioned how she had the last dance with the groom, and said she gives the marriage five years top,” the person wrote in the comment section of their post.

“The bride is understandably very upset about what happened and posted something a few days ago about how she was disappointed that someone would act this way but didn’t add any identifying info or name drop,” the person further explained.

Reddit users were even more shocked after learning of this new information.

“So the sister wanted to marry her brother.  There is no other explanation for the obsessively jealous behavior. She seems like a jilted ex,” one user wrote.

“This is jealous ex-girlfriend behavior.

“Absolutely wild that his sister would act like this,” another person added.

There has been no update about how the groom handled the situation.
