THEY'RE the hottest kitchen appliance to have.

And if you're looking for more things to cook in your air fryer, then Jake Grigg is the person you need to turn to for inspiration.

Jake cooks everything from cookies and croissant puddings to pizza and meaty rollups in his fryer, and shares his recipes on his Air Fryer Guy Instagram page as well as in his Pimp Your Air Fryer cookbook.

In a recent video, he showed just how to make his Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies – which require just two ingredients.

"Combine peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl until it’s fully combined and the batter thickens," Jake sang over his video, giving instructions to use one cup of smooth natural peanut butter and two tablespoons of maple syrup.

"Then get a tablespoon of dough and put it into the air fryer at 180C for 7 to 10 minutes."

If you're a fan of a sweet air fryer treat, then you might want to give his croissant chocolate pudding a go.

"Cut croissants into some little bits," Jake instructed.

"Then into a baking dish with chocolate chips."

Add the remaining ingredients – milk, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla essence – and pour over the croissants and chocolate chips.
