A GYM enthusiast has revealed people are often convinced she's working out nude from the waist down, but that's not the case.
Bethy Red uses her TikTok to showcase her different gym routines, working out every part of her body from her back to her glutes.
While people are usually incredibly supportive of her videos and regularly tell her that she is "body goals", one person couldn't help but point out her wardrobe blunder during a workout.
"Girl if your shirt wasn't up, I would've sworn you had no pants on," they wrote in the comments section of footage showing her using the squat rack.
Bethy could be seen wearing a simple oversized white t-shirt, which she paired with some white trainers.
But it was the leggings that got people talking as the nude-coloured gym-wear made it appear as though as was naked.

"its not that bad… is it?" she wrote in the caption.
People couldn't help but agree with the observation though and made their feelings known.
"please never wear them again, your going to give people heart attacks thinking you're going around bare as*ed," one person wrote with a laughing emoji.
A second joked: "I was literally looking for shorts".
