A FITNESS influencer has hit back after cruel trolls told her she should cover her cellulite at the gym.

Elizabeth sanders, who has 336.1k followers on TikTok, shut down the haters and insisted she will wear whatever she wants to exercise.

The mum-of-three often shares inspiring content on her social media in a bid to make other women feel confident enough to go to the gym for the first time.

Recently, Elizabeth shared a body positive message online and even pointed out some of the 'imperfections' she struggles with to make her point.

Despite all the things she could feel self conscious about, like hip dips,cellulite, and "wobbly bits", Elizabeth said she doesn't let them stop her from enjoy her time at the gym.

After sharing her message loads of people thanked her for being so realistic about what bodies look like, but not everyone was so kind.

Some trolls left mean comments on the video, including one person who said: "Why are u showing your body? U think its nice to show??”

Another slammed: "It’s sad what happens to the female body."

"You’re eating too much carbs, ditch them and your cellulite will disappear," a third wrote.

Luckily, there were also plenty of uplifting comments with people praising the mum for "keeping it real."

One said: "A real woman right there, making me feel like a normal woman right here.”

And a second commented: "Total respect to you."

"LOVE your energy girl," another raved.

Even with the negative comments, Elizabeth still regularly posts videos to her account, usually donning a sports bra and shorts or leggings, so it's safe to say she hasn't let the haters get to her.

"Don't apologise for taking up space," she said in one clip.
