Bodycombat classes combine influences from boxing, karate, taekwondo and tai chi – similar to kickboxing.

Great for burning fat, toning muscles and heart health.

I gave it a go at Nuffield Health and the 55 minutes classes are tough – you punch, jab and do leg kicks in time to music.

You feel as though you've really done a good workout.

You can try one by going to the Nuffield website and downloading a FREE one-day pass.

Research by Decathlon recently showed that Pilates and yoga are the fourth favourite exercise for women after swimming, the gym and cycling.

It even beats running because it gives you long, lean muscles and strength in your core to help prevent back injuries.

All you need to get started is an online video or local class and an extra thick mat as you'll need to roll on your spine.

Decathlon do an extra thick one with a spongy texture that costs just £17.99.

Holly says she loves quinoa.

This protein rich seed contains all nine essential amino acids and she uses quinoa flakes – which can be used a bit like porridge oats – to make granola with dates.

Homespun Foods have just launched Quinoa Crunch made with buckwheat flakes, coats, seeds, coconut and goji berries.

Perfect as a cereal or yoghurt topper.  Lovely crunch.
