Tom Daley couldn't have been happier as he enjoyed an emotional reunion with his husband Dustin Lance Black following his success at the Tokyo Olympics.
The professional diver left Dustin and their son Robbie, three, behind as he won his first gold medal in Tokyo alongside his diving partner Matty Lee in the 10m synchronized dive and claimed a bronzed medal for his solo 10m dive.
And 27 year old Tom was certainly ready for some rest and relaxation as he joined his 47 year old husband in Canada after more than a month apart.
Revealing he was in Calgary, Alberta, the athlete took to Instagram on Sunday with a snap of him smiling widely for the camera alongside Dustin.
"Finally!" Tom captioned the image in large bold letters.
Proving they were inseparable, Plymouth native Tom and screenwriter Dustin cosied up for another picture where they looked ready for a night out.
Dustin also documented his excitement at the reunion as he took to his Instagram Story with a snap of Tom looking out at the Canadian hail and snowstorm.
Tom and Dustin have been together since 2013 and got married in 2017. They welcomed their son Robbie in 2018.
The couple chose to name their tot after Tom's late dad Robert, who tragically died of a brain tumour in 2011.
As well as his triumph at the Tokyo Olympics, Tom recently won further fans as he was pictured knitting poolside at the women's 3m springboard final.
He took to Instagram to show off the results of his work – a white cardigan featuring the Union Jack, Team GB logo and Olympic rings.
GBR is knitted on one arm, with the British flag on the other, and features Tokyo written in Hiragana on the left breast of the garment.
