Peter Andre wants his kids to present Love Island
Peter Andre said his pregnant wife Emily was rushed to hospital – just moments before he was due to go on stage.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker, 50, made the candid admission in his latest OK! column as he went on to praise his wife, 34, for “never complaining” and added that she “just gets on it”.
Detailing the hospital scare, Peter explained: “I was due to go on stage in Grease in the West End and I got a call saying, ‘Emily’s been rushed to A&E.’ It was really worrying and obviously I immediately went to support her, but thankfully everything was OK.”
Peter first met Emily through her father, Dr. Ruaraidh MacDonagh, in 2010. The consultant urologist treated Peter for kidney stones after he was rushed to hospital in excruciating pain, and the two stayed in touch after the musician had been discharged.
The couple went on to tie the knot in July 2015, three years after going public with his new relationship.

The news of Emily’s hospital dash comes two months after the married couple announced they would soon be welcoming their third child together.
In the heartwarming picture, Peter, smiled as he took over camera duties, while Emily, proudly held up a strip of baby scan pictures.
Alongside the snap, he wrote: “We are delighted to share the news with you all.
“A new addition to our family in 2024. The kids are so excited. So are we.”
