Paddy McGuinness delighted fans this week as he posted an old throwback snap of himself and some friends in promotion for his autobiography.
Sharing a snap of himself and four friends, a could Paddy could be seen flexing his muscles in the snap as they all posed for the camera.
Paddy captioned the photo in promotion for his book coming out later this month, writing: “Pics that didn’t make the book No.5 – Showing off as per. #MyLifey #october28 #autobiography #flexin”
Fans of the TV star were quick to make jokes with Paddy and share their thoughts on his upcoming book.

Paddy has been in full swing promoting his coming autobiography, allowing fans to see cut content before the release and even get a tease of him recording the audiobook version.
As Paddy goes back to where he grew up in Bolton, he has been taking fans along for the ride, with one post showing Paddy jumping over a set of bollards.
Paddy captioned: “When my Mum used to send me to the shop I’d always jump over these bollards at the end of our Street. They’re still there and I jumped them again for the first time in 40 years!!!
“Loved it, although I don’t recall having to take an Epsom salt bath after I did it in my childhood? ‘My Lifey’ available October 28th.”
While Paddy has been busy promoting his book, it hasn’t stopped him from taking a time out to have a tiff with Jeremy Clarkson on social media.
Former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson took to twitter to complain about changes in the show A Question of Sport.
He tweeted: “What on earth has happened to Question Of Sport?”
Paddy, who became a Top Gear host four after Jeremy was let go from the position and now currently hosts A Question of Sport, quickly replied: “The same thing that’s happened to Top Gear, JC. New personnel, bigger ratings. Love you.”
The changes in A Question of Sport happened last month, with mixed reviews from viewers so far leading to a drop in rating.
A spokesperson for the series said: "Audience data available so far shows the news is performing well, particularly with a young and diverse audience."
