Former Love Island star Molly Marsh took to Instagram to show off her huge biceps, as she gave her followers an update on her fitness journey.
The influencer and YouTube star has been keeping her fans updated throughout the week while she has been working hard at a fitness boot camp.
Throughout the week, Molly has been sharing what she has been eating, what workouts she has been taking part in and even taking the plunge into her "first ever ice bath".
In her latest update, Molly simply shared a snap of her arm as she was tensing her bicep, and it was certainly impressive. It looked like she had been working hard as she appeared stronger than ever.
Molly captioned over the snap: "Just got home and feeling strong after my time at @1stclassbootcamp". She then added: "Getting there slowly but surely…"
She also showed off her toned shoulders and abs as she donned a grey sports bra, but kept her face out of the shot.
The day prior, Molly shared a black and white video to her Instagram stories where she could be seen taking her shoes off before being assisted into a freezing cold ice bath.
Molly jumped in and submerged her body up to her neck into the cold water as motivational cheers could be heard from behind the camera.
Molly got in impressively quickly and without much complaining as she took deep breaths. She captioned over the video: “Oh I did my first ever ice bath today”.
Ice baths have soared in popularity over recent years thanks to Dutch motivational speaker Wim Hof, also known as the Ice Man. Wim has widely discussed the benefits of ice baths and cold water therapy and claims benefits of the cold plunge include physical recovery, helps with weight loss and helps people become more resilient to stress.
Many other celebs have taken the cold plunge including Josie Gibson, Holly Willoughby, Joe Wicks , Nicole Scherzinger , Kim Kardashian and Harry Styles, who are all said to be big fans of ice baths.
The reality star also showed that she is all about balance as she shared a picture of a delicious looking hot chocolate at Starbucks, along with a Christmas tree shaped brownie.
