Molly Mae-Hague’s fans were sent in a stir after the influencer posted a photo of herself posing on a beach wearing what appeared to be a white wedding dress.

The 22 year old – who is currently enjoying a luxury trip in Mexico – set comments alight on Instagram as she shared the glamorous image of her wearing a white cowl neck, long-length slip dress.

Love Island star Molly is seen in the snap with her blonde hair tied up in a high bun, accessorising her look with a pair of gold hoop earrings, a designer logo-printed handbag and red lipstick, whilst standing in front of the sea underneath some rainclouds.

“Not all storms come to disrupt your life… some come to clear your path,” the star captioned the pic.

Immediately, followers were struck by the white dress Molly sported in the photo, sharing their thoughts on what the significance of the outfit might possibly mean in the comment section.

“Wedding vibes on the beach,” one fan wrote, while a second person asked: “Wait did Molly and Tommy get married?”

“A dress for upcoming wedding with your beautiful man??” Another curious follower questioned, as someone else commented: “I nearly died I thought it was a wedding dress.”

Other followers weren’t convinced Molly – who has been in a relationship with boxer Tommy Fury for two and half years – had said the words ‘I do’ yet and instead discussed how lovely she’d look as a bride in the future judging by the photo.

“God you’re going to be the most beautiful bride,” someone wrote, while another person said: “Absolutely stunning @mollymae I can now picture you in a wedding dress @tommyfury."

Molly didn’t address the reason for her wearing the white dress, only sharing with followers images of her time away in Mexico as she has continued to do so over the past few days, showing off shots of her relaxing by the pool at her luxury resort.

The social media star recently set up a poll on Instagram asking fans if they wanted to see content from her trip after feeling guilty considering the devastating events currently going on with the war in Ukraine.

“Given everything that’s happening in the world right now, I feel it’s impossible to carry on with life as normal without feeling guilty…,” Molly commented.

“I’m currently away for work shooting a campaign but haven’t known whether to share as usual for the people who come on Instagram to escape…

“I care about you guys so much and how my content makes you all feel”.
