Molly-Mae Hague has admitted she is preparing herself for backlash after sharing a video showing what she eats in a day.
The 21 year old took to YouTube on Monday as she invited her fans along with her on a photoshoot for an ambassador campaign.
Love Island star Molly-Mae showed off what she ate as she prepared for the shoot, whilst she was there, and what she tucked into once she had got home for the day.
But she did reveal that she was expecting to receive backlash for how much she ate during her busy day as she defended what she was consuming.

The day before her big shoot, Molly-Mae showed her 1.48million YouTube subscribers her breakfast of chicken sausages.
She said: "Me and these chicken sausages, I'm actually addicted to them. I have at least five a day, it's the easiest way for me to get protein into my diet because I'm just not that great with eating chicken and stuff."
Moving to lunch, she shared: "It's just salad, rice, some meat to get some protein in, and coleslaw."
On the day of the shoot, Molly-Mae filmed herself eating from a fruit platter before starting work, as she explained: "I'm really going to try and get good at this What I Eat In A Day video because I'm just constantly grazing."
She later added: "Right gang, this is lunch. We got it from a place called Kettlebell in Manchester. I've got sweet potato mash, chicken breast, guacamole, some falafel, broccoli…
"This is actually quite a lot, this is really heavy actually, it's really weighty."

Following the shoot, she tucked into a salad after a bath, as she told her fans: "Do you know what? This is exactly what I fancied. I know it's so weird but when I find a dinner that I like, I just really stick to it.
"This has been a lunch, actually, that I've been having for ages. It is a salad, I put half a packet of Uncle Ben's Spicy Mexican rice in it, with some sweetcorn, I've used two bacon rashers, I used a couple of slices of Quorn chicken slices, then I've put some hummus and coleslaw on top, because coleslaw is my guilty pleasure."
Reflecting on her day, Molly-Mae admitted to expecting backlash from her food diary, saying: "I hope you guys did enjoy seeing what I eat in a day. I was speaking to my sister again about it, I mean me and my sister literally speak about my YouTube stuff 24/7. She was like: 'Oh, I think you're going to get loads of backlash for this video because, you know, some people are going to say it's too little, some people are going to say it's too much.'

"I feel like with these kind of videos you're never gonna please everybody and there's all kind of specialists like dieticians and fitness gurus out there that know a lot more than I do in regards to eating, clean eating, healthy eating.
"For me, that day of eating kept me energised, it kept me full, happy and healthy. I cannot stress how busy my schedule is about to get…," as she discussed an upcoming photo shoot for her fake tan brand Filter.
"For a shoot like that, for example, I would like to be feeling confident enough in my body, and, on the last Filter shoot I wasn't, so I'm not going to feel bad for, obviously, wanting to get into a little bit of shape. I probably will get some backlash like, 'She's not eating enough', or whatever."
