The young star speaks about her suicidal attempt in the documentary after Katie Hopkins fat-shamed her on Twitter .
The beauty reveals she "starved herself for a week” before a return performance on The X Factor in November 2013.
Devastated Jesy discovered controversial Katie had tweeted: "Packet Mix have still got a chubber in their ranks. Less Little Mix. More Pick n Mix.”
She said: "I physically couldn’t tolerate the pain anymore. It feels constantly constantly heartbroken. I remember feeling this has to go away and it was the first time I thought I’m going to do this, I’m going to end this.
