And while it was claimed they had put an end to the tensions between them, new accusations have suggested Katherine Jenkins and Alfie Boe are at loggerheads again.
According to The Sun, Alfie, 45, ‘de-faced a poster of Katherine by writing the c-word across her face’, leaving the opera singer, 38, ‘shocked’.

Sources told the publication that Katherine spotted the rude word scrawled across one of her posters at a signing she held in a HMV store in Manchester – with staff telling the vocal talent that Alfie was to blame, before hastily covering it up.

They claim: ‘Katherine was absolutely shocked when she saw it.
‘She has no problem with Alfie after they worked together, but he clearly does. The word he wrote is as unpleasant as it gets.’
Sources added that Katherine had noticed someone trying to cover up the poster and was left red-faced after learning why. They told the paper: ‘She just looked very hurt and upset by it.’

Tenor singer Alfie, who is best known for starring in the musical production of Les Miserables, is claimed to have fallen out with Katherine while the duo – who are both signed to British label Decca – were both appearing in musical Carousel in 2017.
Reports alleged Katherine and Alfie had clashed during rehearsals, with Alfie being left annoyed over ‘Katherine receiving the biggest room’ and ‘demanding the final bow’ despite him playing the lead part in the production.

He had starred as charming carousel worker Billy Bigelow, who Katherine’s character Julie Jordan falls for in the show.
Meanwhile, Katherine put on a glamorous display at her signing in Manchester, where she was continuing to promote her new album Guiding Light.
The blonde beauty was dressed to impress at the fan signing at HMV, exuding elegance in a purple leather skirt.
She paired her smart skirt with a prim floral blouse, worn buttoned up to the neck and looked lovely in the pale number, featuring an eye-catching print.

Now Katherine believes her pregnancy has altered her voice for the better as it makes the sound ‘louder’ and ‘deeper’.
She said: ‘When I look back to the very first album, I was 23. My voice has changed a lot as I have matured.
‘Definitely through pregnancy, it makes a huge difference. It makes the voice louder, deeper.

‘It’s actually in its best form when you’re pregnant, a lot of my friends told me to expect that. It’s a shame actually that it goes back to normal afterwards.’
Marking the release of her new album Guiding Light, Katherine told how she brought her son Xander to the studio with her when he was just two months old for her recording sessions.
She said: ‘He was about two, three months when I took him in. He was little and so portable I could take him into the studio with me and put him in the car seat and sing to him.’
