As Kate posted the photo on her Instagram page, she wrote: “My whole heart Cree Ferdinand … our angel boy we all love you so much”.
Rio also shared the same photo of his wife, whom he wed in a stunning ceremony last year, on his own Instagram page and wrote alongside the image: “Cree Ferdinand is home and ready for Christmas! 1 more sleep”.
Kate and Rio's introduction of their newborn baby son comes after OK! online exclusively revealed the blonde beauty had given birth.
She welcomed a baby boy into the world on Friday 18 December, a source told us at the time.
Rio has his three older children Lorenz, Tate and Tia with his former wife Rebecca Ellison, who tragically passed away from cancer in 2015.
