It's the line-up announcement we've been waiting for all year… Strictly Come Dancing is officially on its way back to our screens!
Amongst the toe-tapping talent that BBC producers have recruited for the upcoming series in Autumn is television presenter and Loose Women frontwoman Kaye Adams.
And Kaye's on-screen gal pal and last year's Strictly star Judi Love has exclusively recounted to OK! the words of wisdom she handed down following her stint.
"I’m so excited that my Loose Women sister Kaye has signed up to take-part in the upcoming series of Strictly!" Judi writes in her weekly column this week.
"My advice for her would be to embrace the hell out of every second on that dancefloor, because the moment comes and goes so fast."
Comedy star Judi – who was paired up with Italian stallion and now close friend Graziano Di Prima – took part in the nineteenth series of the smash hit BBC dance competition last year.
In spite of having missed two weeks due of the show due to Covid-19, Judi made it all the way to Week 6 before being eliminated, after which she took to Instagram to thank her Strictly partner for supporting her.
"It’s been amazing journey," she told her online fans. "And we just want to say thank you to everyone that’s supported us."
"You made our journey the most incredible,” Graziano agreed. “I had the most incredible time with you.”
"Strictly is such a wonderful place to learn new things about yourself," she told OK! this week. "You’re put through your paces, you learn the meaning of commitment and let me tell you, you gain muscles you wouldn’t have even known existed.
"I hope she puts some of that upside-down twerking I taught her into place!"
Following the exciting announcement, 59-year-old Kaye gave her thoughts on her upcoming Strictly stint: "I said I wanted to make the last year of my fifties memorable and I can’t think of a better way of doing it than showing the world my two left feet. Pray for me!"
Set to join Kaye on the dancefloor is EastEnders star James Bye, singer-songwriter Fleur East, Animal Park presenter and wildlife cameraman Hamza Yassin, CBBC star Molly Rainford, football legend Tony Adams and comedian Ellie Taylor.
Also joining the line-up is BROS legend and singer-songwriter Matt Goss, as well as KISS radio presenter Tyler West, former Paralympic champion and broadcaster Ellie Simmonds, comedian Jayde Adams, radio broadcaster Richie Anderson and actors Will Mellor and Kym Marsh.
