Britney Spears shares first video since split from husband
With news Britney Spears and her husband Sam Asghari are getting divorced after six years together, here’s a look at what the future could hold for the Stronger singer.
Sam, 29, filed for divorce from Britney, 41, three weeks ago but news of their split has only just started to emerge.
The couple got together while Britney was still in the middle of her controversial conservatorship.
Britney and Sam exchanged vows in 2022 but are now going their separate ways.
Instead of an acrimonious divorce, Sam took to Instagram and broke his silence about the end of his marriage.

He told his Instagram followers on Thursday (August 17): “After six years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together.
“We will hold on to the love and respect that we have for each other and I wish her the best always. S*** happens.
“Asking for privacy seems ridiculous so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful.”
Meanwhile, Sam’s representative Brandon Cohen for BAC Talent dismissed reports suggesting the Iranian-American model was threatening to release embarrassing information about the singer.

Brandon told Page Six: “There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenup and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos.
“However, all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam has always and will always support her.”
On top of this, another source also told the outlet there was a “rock solid prenup”, which would mean the divorce would be resolved “quietly and professionally soon”.
An insider also said last summer: “Britney and Sam signed a prenup in her favor [sic]. Any money she made before the wedding is protected.”
This means Britney can now focus more on her professional projects in the future.
She is already reported to be working on a new album with fans excited for fresh music.
Additionally, Britney is planning to release a memoir called The Woman in Me, which will be hitting the shelves on October 24.
The autobiography is described as a “compelling testimony” after Britney successfully fought her court-ordered conservatorship.
Britney also spoke out about the end of her marriage, admitting she was “shocked” and how she wanted to show her emotions and “tears” but had to remain strong.
Meanwhile, her first husband Kevin Federline and their sons Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, are relocating to Hawaii.
