To which Harry appeared to agree with the 24-year-old musician during their heart-to-heart.

Yet James’ choice of words did not go down well with show watchers at home who took to Twitter to brand the star a ‘snake’ for the shock outburst.

And the musician was grilled about his ‘moan’ upon his exit from the jungle by show hosts Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly.

To which James was left red-faced as he said: ‘Oh really? I don’t know what you’re watching… oh no!

Farewell!: James’ fellow campmates – and the final four – saying goobye as he left the jungle

‘I loved it, having them picked us up, I get to a point where it’s a certain time I am knackered, I am hungry, that’s it.

‘It was nothing personal, I just get moody. I’m one of the moodiest people you will ever meet. I had one moan for the whole series, I am allowed.’

During James’ time in the jungle, his bandmates spoke about their concern over his dramatic weight loss.

The Vamps guitarist’s weight has plummeted during his time in the jungle, with him reportedly reducing his meals to just half their size to share with fussy-eater Harry.

Sweet: The musician was reunited with his girlfriend, Kirstie Brittain, on the infamous red carpet exit bridge

Concern: During James’ time in the jungle, his bandmates spoke about their concern over his dramatic weight loss

And while his bandmates Tristan Evans and Brad Simpson applauded the 24-year-old for his generosity, they have aired their fears over his gaunt frame due to his previous battle with anorexia.

Tristan told The Sun: ‘We’re obviously worried about him, but we can’t expect him to join the jungle and not lose weight, it’s going to happen because of the small amount of food they’re having.

‘We knew he would come out a lot skinnier, but he looks good, I don’t know how much weight he’s lost but he will definitely put it back on when he comes back.

‘He’ll have a nut roast with his family and then a glass of Malbec, or maybe a bottle.’

Worried:  The Vamps guitarist’s weight has plummeted during his time in the jungle, but the musician revealed upon his exit he’s excited for a pizza

And James hit back at any concern during his exit interview with Holly and Dec, as he revealed that he’s excited for a pizza.

He said on the limited food take: ‘I’m ready to have a pizza, your mental process gets better but your body doesn’t get used to it!’

The final four left in the jungle are Harry Redknapp, Emily Atack, Fleur East and John Barrowman.

I’m A Celebrity continues on weeknights at 9pm on ITV.
