Eminem Drops ‘Good Guy’ Video
10th December 2018

Eminem has released the video for “Good Guy,” a song that appears on his 2018 Kamikaze album.

The singer depicts the violent struggles of a turbulent relationship in the four-minute video, which also features Jessie Reyez.

The visual shows Reyez and Eminem engaging in a deadly fight in their house, with the former eventually stabbing and strangling the latter to death.

Eminem sings, “She’s blackout drunk, now she’s backin’ out my drive/ I ran outside, why’s she tryna act out?/ She’s just about my size, hit me in the mouth twice/ Guys, when someone you’d die for/ Sticks a steak knife in your heart, do you try more?”

Reyez is seen singing, “You can’t be the cheater, convincin’ non-believer / And I ain’t in my feelings, I’m out / But I let you say that you’re the good guy/ ‘Cause this ain’t what love looks like,” after dragging him into a grave.

Eminem’s “Luck You” was also nominated for Best Rap Song at the 2009 Grammy Awards.
