The 47 year old, who recently said he discovered the identity of the thief who stole his wedding ring and bag, was photographed putting on a casual display as he pushed his baby boy's pram down the street.
The X Factor presenter donned a black jumper underneath a matching black coat, which he paired with dark trousers and white trainers.

Dermot also wore a dark beanie on his head, obviously trying to keep warm as the UK heads into the winter months ahead.
The star, who recently enjoyed a family stroll with his wife Dee Koppang and their little one, appeared sullen as he put one hand in his pocket on his outing in the capital.
While Kasper was not visible, it's clear the youngster was comfortable in the pram, which had a white cover on top.

It comes as the TV personality recently opened up on how he is dealing with fatherhood after the birth of his son Kasper in June.
Speaking on Radio 2 the star explained that he and his 41 year old wife Dee are having are “having a great time” and that they are currently enjoying a “period of sleepless love” at home with their baby.
In an on-air interview with James Bay, the singer asked him how he was getting on with the new-born and how the family were coping.

Dermot then replied: “Oh he is brilliant, we are having a great time. That sort of lovely foggy period of sleepless love. Just wake up and go: 'Hey, this guy'.
“Every now and again you hear noises and think: 'What is that noise?' and then you're like: 'Oh that is my son'. 'Is that a cat? No, that's our child."'
However, this isn’t the first time Dermott has spoken on his radio show about the baby, as prior to this he detailed how his son was born.

Dedicating a song to his offspring, the radio host said: “My lovely son came into the world ten days ago accompanied by Guy Garvey's Elbow.
"So forgive this moment of brief self-indulgence while we play the song that accompanied that.
“This is for you Kasper with a K – my wife is very insistent on that. Kasper Koppang O'Leary welcome to the world!”
