Coleen Nolan recently admitted to falling in love again with her new boyfriend Michael Jones – who she met on the dating app Tinder in June last year.
The Loose Women star, 56, has had her fair share of heartbreak from her past relationships, and the Mirror's agony aunt has opened up on how she previously felt "guilt" over the way she acted after finding out one of her exes had an affair.
In the Mirror's Dear Coleen, one person wrote how they have been agreeing to stay with their partner after discovering they had an affair.
"I just couldn't let go of the anger and humiliation I felt and had revenge sex with other guys – once with an ex and a few times with another man," they said.
Coleen advised the reader to consider relationship counselling as she explained that the couple need to talk openly about their feelings over what happened.
She then bravely shared: "You reacted the way I did many years ago when one of my exes had an affair, but I had terrible guilt afterwards and never did it again.
"At the time I was young – in my 20s – but I promised myself that if I ever felt like that again, I'd tell the person I'm with."
Coleen finished by writing: "You don’t say why he had the affair and why your marriage was vulnerable at the time, so you need to work out why it happened, in order to recognise the signs.
"The trust has gone on both sides and it’ll take time to rebuild it."
Now the star is happy with her new partner, but revealed she wasn't interested in being in a relationship again until she met Michael.
"For three or four years, I was absolutely not interested in it happening," she told OK!.

"When I first got divorced from Ray, I thought, ‘That’s it, I’m done!’ And I liked being on my own."
“But then it got to a time when I thought, ‘I’ve got my lovely house and my kids are all grown up with their own partners and it would be nice to meet someone.’"
It wasn't all plain sailing at the beginning for the author as she kept "panicking" she couldn't handle being in a relationship.
But when we first met I was a bit of a nightmare for Michael in the first few months," she continued. "I thought, ‘I can’t handle it. We can’t be together, we have to split up.’ I just kept panicking."
Coleen finished by speaking about enjoying her life as a single woman: "I kind of like the independence initially of not being with anyone and not having to worry about someone’s opinion. I enjoyed it.”
She added with a laugh: “But not as much as I’m now enjoying being with Michael!”
