BTS fans were in for a real treat as the band shared a series of sweet photos to Twitter to celebrate Jin’s birthday.
The K-pop star turned 28 on December 4 and his bandmates made sure to mark the occasion on social media – much to the delight of the BTS Army.
Suga was the first to celebrate with Jin, as one fan translated his tweet he had posted to the official BTS page. It read: ‘Jjin! Happy birthday to you you will be 30 soon but i’ll follow you soon. happy bday again #Jinbday #JinHBD #ItsSuga @BTS_twt.’
RM was up next and he decided to share a couple of outtakes from a shoot which saw him and Jin channelling their inner Blue Steel while posing on a rooftop.
He gave a nod to Jin’s solo song Abyss, which he had helped him put together, and wrote: ‘Jin Hyung happy birthday to you and congratulations on the release of Abyss. I was honoured to help even though it was [a] small piece. Let’s be happy.’
Jimin opted for a sweet selfie with Jin, as he posted: ‘Our hyung sings very well Happy birthday to you Please live a long and healthy life #JinHyungHappyBday #Jimin.’
Fans were all for the release and described Abyss as a ‘beautiful song’, as they praised Jin’s voice on it.
It comes after BTS landed their first Grammys nomination after a big year.
Despite being forced to cancel their world tour in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, BTS released two albums Map of the Soul: 7 and BE, which came out last month.
Their recent singles Dynamite and Life Goes On both soared to number one on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
