AceShowbizBethenny Frankel was disappointed by the poor management of one particular hotel. More than a week after suffering a near fatal allergic reaction, the cast member of “The Real Housewives of New York City” slammed Rosewood Hotels publicly for allegedly not having any sympathy towards its sick customer.

The 48-year-old TV personality had to cancel her room booking at the hotel due to an allergic scare on December 16. To her dismay, the hotel didn’t seem to care about her condition. So, on Thursday, December 27, she tweeted, “It was quite disappointing that @RosewoodHotels wouldn’t even issue a future credit when I had a medical 911 and had to cancel a room.”

Frankel’s online complaint was quick to gain reaction from Rosewood. On the same day of her post, the hotel reached out to her through its Twitter account. “Dear Bethany,” it replied. “Would you please send us a direct message with the best form of contact and additional details so we can ensure this is quickly addressed by our team? Thank you, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.”

Back on December 18, the “Bethenny Ever After” star broke the news of her health scare on Twitter. “I have rare fish allergy. Because of the allergy, Frankel was treated in Newton Wellesley Hospital’s ICU for two days. As for how serious her condition was, an inside source told PEOPLE, “She almost died. It was that serious. Her blood pressure was through the roof and she was unconscious. She went into anaphylactic shock. Her boyfriend saved her life.”
