Aldi are know for their impressive range of make-up and skincare dupes, which have no doubt taken inspiration from other more pricey brands.
Their range of affordable candles, for example, have been strongly likened to Jo Malone’s designer offerings. The supermarket also launched £2.99 concealer pens that bore a striking resemblance to YSL’s cult favourite Touche Eclat highlighting pens, £26 .
The problem is, these dupes never hang around in store for very long as hoards of savvy shoppers are quick to snap up the bargains.
Thankfully, Aldi have just given word that some of Lacura’s (their own brand) most popular beauty buys will be back on shelves for spring on Specialbuy – which means you’ll have to snap them up quick!
Bargain hunters will be able to get their hands on the Lacura Healthy Glow Tonic, £3.99, which looks remarkably similar to Pixi’s Glow Tonic, £18 . They can also grab the Hot Cloth Cleanser, £3.99, which may remind you of Liz Earle’s Cleanse & Polish, £15.50 , and the Glycolic Cleansing Pads, £2.49, which work in a similar way to Nip + Fab’s Glycolic Fix Cleansing Pads, £13.59 .
If make-up is more up your street, Lacura’s sell-out Illusion Touch 2 in 1 Foundation, £5.99, will be making a reappearance on shelves as well. Since being likened to Lancome’s Complexion Teint Visionnaire, £34 , stocks have repeatedly sold out.
You’ll also be able to buy Lacura’s Miracle Cream, £3.99, the Daily Face Wash, £1.49, and the popular Concealer Pen, £2.99.
Everything will be in Aldi stores from Thursday 7th March but if you can’t wait until then, you can pre-order your beauty picks online this Sunday 3rd March.
