Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall are celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary with a gorgeous new portrait.
The royal couple, who wed on April 9, 2005, at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle (Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s wedding venue!), are on official duty at Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland on Tuesday, but that didn’t stop them from thanking fans for all the congratulatory messages.
The never-before-seen photo, which was posted to Charles and Camilla’s joint Instagram account @clarencehouse, is captioned, “Thank you for your warm wishes on the occasion of The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall’s wedding anniversary.”

The dramatic black-and-white photo shows Camilla looking lovingly into her husband’s eyes as the couple share a sweet smile. The intimate moment was captured by Alex Lubomirski — Meghan and Harry’s official engagement and wedding photographer.
The New York-based fashion photographer trained under the legendary Mario Testino — whose work has appeared in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Vanity Fair — in Botswana, which happens to be one of Meghan and Harry’s favorite travel destinations and the place where they celebrated her 36th birthday in 2017.
Although Lubomirski has royal blood (as a prince of the Polish House of Lubomirski), it’s possible that Testino was the man who connected him with the British royal family — Testino took Prince William and Kate Middleton’s engagement photos in 2010 and was a favorite of Princess Diana.
In a previous statement about photographing Meghan and Harry, Lubomirski said, “It was an incredible honor to be asked to document this wonderful event, but also a great privilege to be invited to share and be a witness to this young couple’s love for one another. I cannot help but smile when I look at the photos that we took of them, such was their happiness together.”
And now, he can add Charles and Camilla to his list of royal clienteles. The photo was well-received by fans and Instagram followers who left plenty of heart emojis and well-wishes in the comment section.
