Karen will be touring this summer with Dianne Buswell, Pasha Kovalev, Giovanni Pernice, AJ Pritchard, Katya Jones, Oti Mabuse, Nadiya Bychkova, Neil Jones and Gorka Marquez.
However, Kevin, who split from Karen last year, will not be joining the tour.
Kevin and Karen tied the knot in 2015, but they confirmed their split last March after months of speculation about their relationship.
The dancers are still on great terms, though, with Karen being the first person to congratulate him when he finally lifted the Glitterball trophy in 2018.
Speaking to Hello!, Kevin said: ‘It was important to be honest about everything. ‘I think there is a lot of pressure on people to be perfect all the time, and so there is this fairytale image of everything, but at the end of the day we are just like other people. We are just two people who love what we do and we never want to pretend to our fans or to anybody.’
Karen added: ‘The dynamic and energy we give each other on the dancefloor will never change. I don’t feel we have changed as performers. In a way, we have grown more as individuals.’
And while Karen is now dating opera singer David Webb, it seems Kevin, 36, has also found romance again.
Stacey Dooley’s ex Sam Tucknott alleged that after they broke up after three years together, he found a message on the journalist’s phone from Kevin, reading ‘I love you’.
He told The Sun: ‘I was getting my stuff to leave. Stacey was in the loo. Her phone went and it was Kevin Clifton. I grabbed the phone and confronted her. She said she’d tell me everything I needed to know.’
He went on to say that Stacey told him she didn’t start ‘entertaining’ Kevin until they had split up.
‘I did fall for him but when we were done,’ Sam claims the presenter said. He replied: ‘I don’t hate you Stacey. I hate what you’ve done.’
Sam also claimed he confronted Kevin over FaceTime, calling him a ‘rat’ and a ‘slippery, slimy snake’.
Stacey, 32, has since broken her silence on the rumours, tweeting: ‘Anyone with any adult life experience knows there are 2 sides to every story.
‘I haven’t got the time or energy to correct some of the utter nonsense I’ve read on here. Re Sam, I loved him v much and only wish him happiness and success going forward.’
