Facebook Removes Page Intended to Expose R. Kelly’s Accusers

AceShowbizR. Kelly is not going to let Lifetime’s “Surviving R. Kelly” continue to spread alleged lies about him and his sexual abuse scandal. A new report suggests that the R&B singer and his team are preparing to launch a Facebook page named “Surviving Lies” in which he will expose his accusers.

It remains to be seen whether the audio is legit. However, before the page further exposes Kelly’s accuser, Facebook decides to take down the page. The removal was done after the page posted text messages reportedly between Kelly and one of his young accusers. In the text messages, it was said that the young female repeatedly called the singer “daddy.”

A spokesperson for the site reveals that “the page violated our Community Standards and has been removed.” The spokesperson adds, “We do not tolerate bullying or sharing other’s private contact information and take action on content that violates our policies as soon as we’re aware.”

Previously, it was reportedly that Kelly felt “disgusted” by the series, which he dubbed a “vendetta.” According to a source, the singer said that the producers of the series had “hated him throughout his professional career.”

Furthermore, Kelly reportedly claimed that there were people who want to appear on the series to give explanation and defend him. However, they didn’t make it because the producers shut them out. “He’s going to sue everybody who had anything to do with this,” the source warned.
