Alex Jones, 42, welcomed another baby boy into the world, named Kit, with her husband Charlie Thomson earlier this month.
And The One Show host, who is on maternity leave from her presenting duties, appears to be making the most out of spending time with her little one.
Yesterday, Alex revealed she was enjoying some fresh air with Kit, plus Chris Evan’s wife Natasha Shishmanian and their twins.
The Welsh star uploaded a picture of herself with Natasha, with her nine-month-old twins Walt and Boo, and baby Kit in their buggies.
What a difference a year makes
Alex and Natasha beamed away to the camera whilst dressed in their outdoor attire.
The BBC One favourite reflected on how different their lives were this time last year with no babies under the age of one around.
“For years and years we talked about having children and here we were today pushing our tiny humans around Windsor Park,” Alex wrote on the sweet snap.
She added: “What a difference a year makes.”
Chris and his wife Natasha have four children together, Noah, 10, Eli, seven, and twins Walt and Boo.
He also has a grown up daughter, Jade, from a previous relationship.
Earlier this week, Alex shared a snap of herself getting cuddles from her one-month-old son.
The star, who also has a son Teddy with her husband, thanked her fans for their messages.
Alex commented in view of her 177,000 followers: “4 weeks of getting to know Kit.
“A big thank you for all your messages over the last few weeks. Each one is very much appreciated,” she added.
Alex went on to say reading messages from her fans “kept me going during the long nights”.
She added: “Lots of love and congratulations to all the other new parents out there who have been in touch too.”
Alex uploaded a black-and-white snap of her hand intertwined with her tot’s tiny fingers to confirm his arrival last month.
She captioned the upload: “And then there were 4!!!
“Little Kit Thomson arrived safely and very speedily last Monday at 2.21am weighing a healthy 7lbs 3.
